Remember that awful Golden Axe game for Xbox 360 etc... and why haven't they done something with Streets of Rage? They did rerelease Sega Bass Fishing, but they did nothing new with it. It's just a port of the Dreamcast game.
The dialog in Thousand Year Door was great. Game's a perfect 10 on all counts.
They were trying out 3D tech all the way back in 1984. This game was playable in 3D at a games show that year. 3D seems like such a good idea for games, but it really hasn't caught on even in 2014. Most people don't even use the 3D slider on the 3DS. I mean, I use it all the time, but I've heard most people turn it off.
I was looking for Wizardry V lately, but it seems to be only available in its SNES port. Why isn't it on PC and on Steam like the next three games?
The first console I started worrying about breaking is the Xbox 360 and it did. Everything before that, I don't worry about.
I have that same model PS3 but mine is running fine so far. Sometimes I wish it would break though, because I want that slim model. I'm half tempted to just buy the slim model and trade in my old beast.
My sister and her family are going to Ireland this year for a long vacation. It's their second time there. I forget where exactly they're going though.
Now I think of it. Hover Force reminds me of being in a helicopter in Crackdown 2 looking for orbs.
The games I played back in the day would've had to have been released between 1979 and 1982. I switched high schools in '82 and stopped going to my neighbors for Intellivision playing. Hover Force was 1986, so this is the first I've seen of it.
I'd go with the first Bioshock. The atmosphere in that game can't be beat. I just loved exploring that world. 2 and Infinite are fine, but neither got into my head like the first one. After a while those splicer's insane yelling started to get to me and give me a dose of nerves.
If there was more Rhino, and not a mechanical one, I might have gone to see it. Somehow I've been into Rhino ever since I battled him in the Ultimate Spider-Man game.
