I finally caught up on Monday. It's surprising how long it takes to go through 50 or more messages.

Looks like the GYE has the Season One DLC but not Season Two stuff, which I just found out about.

		            	Seriously. I want one.

There are Dragons and other sorts of Kaiju, and UFOs, and just all sorts of monster/scifi movie stuff just thrown in for good measure.

I only saw the inside of bars/clubs from the stage when I played music. The few moments I had not being on stage were strange. You had to yell over the noise to talk to anyone. What kind of socializing is that? And beer is ok. I could take or leave it.

Darn it's not available on GOG or Steam. Rats.

I worked maintenance in a forest resort development for a while and loved it. Lots of variety of tasks, beautiful surroundings, and physical work. I went to college, but when I got out, I didn't have much interest in sitting in a desk all day. I tried but none of those jobs lasted more than a few months. I got depressed doing them. I'm an outdoors person and like to get my hands dirty. I often think I must be stupid or something, but I just can't hack office work. I wish I'd gone to a Trade school instead 'cause when it comes to a 40 hour work week, I'd rather do something with my hands.

Good thing about EDF is you can play on easy and just blast away. No fuss no muss.

Well, I've only played EDF 2017 so far. It's on Xbox 360. A Vita version came out recently that supports online co-op, which is the best way to play it. EDF: Insect Armageddon has three player online co-op and is available for PS3/Xbox 360. EDF 2025 seems to have the best graphics, and best features with 4 player online co-op. But they've all gotten around 70 on Metacritic. So any one of them is probably fine. EDF 2017 and Insect Armageddon go for about $10. The others, since newer, around $40. I'd go Insect Armageddon because it has online co-op and is cheap at $10.
