As for unethical relations between game companies and journalists the whole incident where Jessica Chobot was in ME 3 stood out the most to me. I'm not saying Jess herself is a bad person (And who wouldn't want to be a cameo in an epic well known rpg?) but it did make me question the industry in a big way.

Like the 80's futuristic vibe from Tangerine Dream. Made me think of Bladerunner and the sci fi horror film Hardware!

I still need to get this. I remember my biggest beef was the reputedly short length but sometimes it's nice to be able to finish a game in one sitting as opposed to having to clock in 100+ hours!

For me EarthBound stood out simply because it was the only rpg at the time to have a modern setting. Most rpgs were either medieval fantasy or science fiction. (Moreso the former than the later)

If you like EarthBound I also suggest playing Secret Of Evermore!

Sorry you're in a finacial rough spot,Ash. I hope you and your fiance can resolve it and move in together real soon! I think college tuition is way too expensive and it really bites down on your wallet when it comes to student loans. Regardless,hang in there,aye?

"Drink the night away" is infectously upbeat! Though I don't have a history of bar hopping and drinking lotsa beer Gaelic Storm certainly makes it seem fun. lol.
