Congrats on the puppy...and the Vita! I think I either saw someone here or on YouTube talk about Freedom Wars and the plot of having to work off time by fighting is what got me to buy the game. There are a bunch of games for the Vita that are cheap, the only thing that hurts the wallet is that in typical Sony fashion you have to buy their overpriced memory cards.
I have to say I almost caved and bought Minecraft earlier this week. I had the game in my hands and before I decided to pay, I put it down and left GameStop.
Wait '89 is when Batman was in theaters? Man oh man, I was 2nd in line at the local theater with my mom and brother when that film came out. I was in elementary school so I went Batman crazy and had like 7 Batman shirts.
Those Van Damme flicks are freaking awesome! My brother and I used to run around saying "Nok Su Kow" from Kickboxer.
That Batmobile is such a cool vehicle. I want to see Lego make a version of it.
Guacamelee! is such a cool game, and I'm one of the folks who loved the Destiny Beta but after playing the game for a bit I lost interest. There's too much backtracking and I think I just gave up right after unlocking a planet. I was interested in The Crew because the physical game dropped to either 20 or 30 bucks but I couldn't justify it when I already own Drive Club which is the same concept.
The vlog concept is a cool idea, something different here on Pixlbit. Are you going to start streaming on Twitch as well?

I'm usually in the $10 range as well but for the $5 price point it makes things a little more difficult to find games that are not old versions of Madden or NBA Live. Thank goodness the Wii has been able to deliver.
I have Sense8 on my watchlist on Netflix but haven't checked it out yet. I didn't know SyFy had some new shows going. I stopped watching their shows when Warehouse 13 ended on only visit that channel for WWE's Smackdown. As for where I'm getting my Sci-Fi goodness, most of it is coming from Netflix. All the Star Trek TNG along with the other variations I usually check out once in a while.
Haha yeah I wanted to combine my purchases for cheap games and a little segment for my Monday entry. Oh nice was it a timed demo? I think that game dropped to $30 at GameStop. I thought about it but the gameplay videos didn't sell me and I already have Drive Club. That's my usual stance on games, wait for the sale, but we shall see if that works with Batman.
Tennis to the Face might be one of those games with Trophies but no Platinum. That happened to me when I played through Sega Rally on the PS3. Earned all trophies including online and nothing.
