My favorite BlazBlue character is Litchi.  Unfortunately she's also one of the more fanservice-y characters, but that's not why I like her.

DOA Volleyball is just not very much fun.  One of the things you can do outside of playing volleyball with horrible game mechanics is give the other girls presents.  At first I was like, "Oh boy, it's like Animal Crossing."  So I bought a purple flower and wrapped it in purple paper to match Ayane's purple hair and gave it to her.  She didn't even want it!  How ungrateful!  At least the animals in Animal Crossing receive your gifts gratefully!

So I guess my favorite DOA characters are now Tina and Helena.  But I don't really have any good reason why.

Dan is the joke character from the Street Fighter series.  He's like Ken and Ryu but wears pink.  And his fireballs only go a few inches from him.

Man it would be cool if May threw around an anvil.  She's have to be really STRONG!

The 3DS has been out for quite a long time.  And it really is still going strong.  I play it quite often.  I just beat Ever Oasis, am starting Kirby Battle Royale, and looking forward to Detective PIkachu.  I think my favorite 3DS game is Animal Crossing: New Leaf.  I think my favorite feature, though, is StreetPass.  I've had so much fun over the years with StreetPass games and features.

I'm all about the silly.  Although there is a fine line between silly and annoying or too nonsensical.  But I'm pretty tolerant about that. So you know that talking moogle has to be pretty bad if it annoys me.

Aw Noctis?  Bleh, I was hoping it would be someone cool like Terra.

I don't really get into the Tekken games that much, though.  I only get them if they have a cool feature, like being able to play the arcade classic StarBlade, or dressing up Nina Williams in Zelda's dress.  And even then, I only get those games when the price goes way down.  So I don't know if I'll get Tekken 7 anytime soon, if ever.

I remember Strider being a big deal for Capcom back then.  I got to review the PSOne sequel at the newspaper.  I didn't play their last one, though.  They like to bring him back for cameos in other games like Marvel vs. Capcom and Project X Zone.

Luigi is one of my favorite characters, but that Balloon World DLC just doesn't entice me to pop in Odyssey again.  Give me another new level to explore or something.

I'm glad I got to play and experience Journey, but it's way overrated.  To me it was a game about a ketchup bottle walking in the desert.

I reviewed Transformers Devastation.  It was cool that it was based on the cartoon, but surprisingly, I enjoyed Fall of Cybertron more.

I would have you guess my favorite BlazBlue character, but you'll probably just say it's one of the female fighters.  And you'd be right, darn it.

I reviewed Dead or Alive 5 and if you can look past the blatant fan service, there is a solid 3-D fighter under there.  The DOA Volleyball games are horrible, though.  If you want a good volleyball game, play SEGA's Beach Spikers on the GameCube.

You can try and guess my favorite DOA characters but you can't say 'all the female ones' because I don't like ALL of them, so nanny nanny poo poo! :)

I didn't ignore pinball games as a kid.  But I mostly just watched others play them.  I wanted my hard earned quarters to go to games like Pac-Man and such.  

But there were times when pinball games would catch my eye.  I remember one Tilt arcade in a mall nearby had a pinball game called Hercules, which was supposedly the largest pinball machine ever according to the Guiness Book of World Records.  Later on when pinball games and hybrids like Mr. and Ms. Pac-Man Pinball and Baby Pac-Man came out, you know they got my attention.  And sometimes video based pinball games would get me to look at actual pinball machines more.  Case in point: at one point there was a video pinball version of Pin-Bot on the NES.  That caused me to seek it out in arcades as well.  I think I was most interested in pinball games in my college years, both real and video versions.

You know, I almost would say something like, "Hey I don't always like female characters in fighting games."  But you know, you're right, I mostly do.  What can I say, they're more interesting than the guy characters.  Except for Dan.  He's the man!

Yeah I can't remember the names of the Guilty Gear characters I like either.  There is a lady who swing around a giant anchor who's cool, and there's another one who's like a waitress at a restaurant or something.  The only thing I like about I-No is her hat.  And if you misprounounce her name, you can get some great Abbott and Costello style conversations going.

"Hey, do you know who your favorite Guilty Gear character is?"

"I-No"

"Well I'm glad you know, but can you tell me who they are?"

And it would just go on from there.
