Ah,screw the haters. The 90's was just as good as the 80's and 70's for me music wise. I remember listening to Green day,Cranberries,Nirvana,Sound Garden,Smashing pumpkins,NIN,Coolio,Wutang clan,SOAD,Vast,Prodigy,NERD,and a plethora of other ace bands/musicians that filled my head and ears with delight!

"X-men,X-men,savin the day!" Oh you guys. lol. As for the "new Marvel Universe" I don't understand the need to gender-bend or replace every male character. I'm okay with Morales but a "new" Spider-woman?? Uh,there already is a Spider-woman. And a female Thor?? Why not just give Lady Sif her own epic story arch? I just feel as if before long they're gonna drop all of this and revert it back to the "old style" after the gimmicks and glamour stops making them cash. Being progressive just for the sake of being progressive (And to make profit off a new demographic) is not always good storytelling. That's all I'm saying.

As for Phil Phish? I don't like the sot much either but I sort of sympathize the guy. It sucks being a single guy who makes a game with no PR reps to buffer the social onslaught between yourself and the internet. (I've been there myself,not a fun time.) Like it or not, developers are flawed humans as opposed to being impeccable and perfect gods. Don't get me wrong, Phil is still kind of an asshole but not everyone is gifted with the ability to be a social debutante.

I've been interested in this game awhile. I believe I intially held off because it was the first game in a series but its' sequels had not been localized at the time it came out on the psp. Still,a good Jrpg is a good Jrpg! I might have to reconsider my stance.

Isn't American Gods by Neil Gaiman of Sandman fame? The title sounds very familiar! Ah, I see Matt already confirmed it. lol. Yeah, Neil is great at storytelling!

I was so lucky to be in college when no gamer gave two shits about being politically correct. Most everyone I knew simply loved games and loved the characters in those games. I had both male and female friends who thought Tifa's original design was "just fine". People can throw around derogatory terms all they want but there's a simplicity and sexiness to Tifa's original design that simply "clicks".

In the case of Sacred 3 it's just a dumb game,sadly. In other words, getting the pc version will not really improve much. Yeah, I'd go with the Diablo III Reaper Of Souls edition coming to the consoles,mate. It's a much better deal as it includes both Diablo III and its' expansion.

Sacred 1 & 2 are from the more complex era of action rpgs,Gemini. Aka nice loot and hundreds of quests. Sacred 3 is more like Gauntlet Legends. In other words,streamlined arcade hack & slashing with a lot less nuances,less options,and a more linear progression. I'm not saying it's impossible to enjoy Sacred 3 for what it is but being I've played the previous two in the series I'm kind of mad at it for what it is not.

But yeah, EDF 2025 is a good buy! It's like playing Starship troopers mixed with cheesy Japanese monster movies!
