I missed you! I saw you online playing Tomb Raider the other night and was hoping you would return. Glad you're enjoying it,I got very hooked on that game myself. I always loved Lara's adventures and I'd even play the stinkers like Angel Of Darkness. So this one was quite a relief in that it's so good. The multiplayer is tough going,I did not care for it much. Too dark and gloomy,you can't see but about ten feet in front of you in many areas. I look forward to seeing your new photos when you post them. I've been working a lot just like you have. And dodging tornadoes,of course. We have had far too many here already and I want it to be over.

I married a gamer,but before that it was tricky dating non-gaming women. They saw it as a waste of time. I suppose I was expected to do things like sit around watching hours on end of football. That is such a better use of my time. Then I could talk stats and stuff,memorize playbooks and team rosters. What have I done with my life?!!!

For my five island games I'd choose Metal Gear Solid, GTA:Vice City,Red Dead Redemption,Final Fantasy VII,and Parasite Eve.  For handhelds I would pick GTA:Chinatown Wars,Dragon Quest IX,Ocarina Of Time (3DS version),Super Mario Land 3D, and Metal Gear Solid : Peace Walker.  TV series I would take are Sopranos,True Blood,Game Of Thrones,Big Bang Theory,and Sons Of Anarchy. Movies? Right there with you on The Godfather,as well as Star Wars IV,Blade Runner, Braveheart(of course),Avatar,and Resident Evil.  And songs I would take? Kids In America by Kim Wilde,Ace Of Spades by Motorhead, Tom Sawyer by Rush,Heaven And Hell by Black Sabbath,and Number One by Goldfrapp. A little of this and that!  Bacon makes everything better...how can you go wrong? Nice finds on the Vita games and Cd's. Especially that one by The Proclaimers. There were never two brothers who were more unabashedly Scottish than them! I like their style and their singing. The Boss! One of his best ones. I have that Elton John CD. So many great songs on that.

They do make me laugh,I admit. We all need to lighten things up from time to time.

I know I tend to give bronies a hard time. Probably shouldn't if you follow the " people in glass houses" principle.  I am pretty nerdy with all the stuff I'm into. It's just that they seem to take it oh-so-seriously and get highly offended by criticism. I think grown men obsessing  over My Little Pony need thicker skins!

I remember a rumor that Madonna had bought the film rights to Parasite Eve. Turned out to be hocum,but it got me hopeful a bit. That would be such a cool movie with the right actress playing the part of Aya. I vote for Natalie Dormer. I saw her as a blonde recently on the show Elementary. She has the look and the attitude to pull it off nicely.

The giants are my favorite bosses to fight. I also like the ones that get bigger and more evil as the story goes along. Like the final boss in Parasite Eve. You fight her all throughout the game at different stages in her mutation.

And then sparkles and rainbows pour out of the wound? Not on my watch...to battle!!!

Scary....I know. Bronies are a clever bunch,gotta give em that. I saw another one where a dude is riding a blue pony with a rainbow mane. I guess that one is the "World Destroyer".

Udo is the man! Love that guy and all that he's done for metal. Accept is just not the same without him in it. They are a fine band and all,but it is totally different from what they were back then. There is only one Udo,no one out there quite like him. His vocals are truly metal to it's core. This band he has formed is fantastic,great sound on these songs.
