There is no logical or financial reason for Sony to do such a thing so soon. Unlike the PS3 at launch their new offering is selling very well.

Those Atelier games can really suck you in. At least Atelier Iris did for me. I wasn't sure about it at first and then the alchemy kicked in an I loved it. I hope the same happens to me here. If I'm suitably impressed by this one I'll be looking for the Arland games too.
nah, I've been checking for sales but haven't seen anything yet. I wound up spending the 50 I had in my wallet on the games I listed in my blog. Mark my words there'll be a great sale coming as it always does right after I empty my wallet. :D

Picked up FFX HD yesterday. I decided on physical media even though digital would have cost me 10 bucks less. That way when I'm done with it I'll have something to resell.
I made the mistake of checking it out and that was almost it for me. Then I remembered that I'm so close to the end of ToG F and managed to put FFX back in the case. It wasn't easy though.
I find your efforts to keep up on BaD blogs admirable. Don't sweat the small stuff mmmkay?

Unfortunately I fell for the Tomba! 2 scam on day one when PSN still had the N.A. Cover art and no mention that it was the Japanese import. I do not want to have to read a book while I'm playing a game so the Monkeypaw translation guide is cold comfort.
I adored FF X but keep in mind it was the first Final Fantasy I ever finished.
