BaD Ideas: Do you have good ones?

Posted on 02/19/2014 at 05:56 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I like Idea 1, because you can pull from your own experiences as a listener and as someone within a radio station.

Idea 4 sounds interesting. It's like watching an edited for TV movie where the cuss words are dubbed out, and a lot of scenes are cut.

As for an outside idea, I don't know, I would try to involve something you follow. Take you watching House of Cards. You could study a group to see if their views are swayed by watching politically driven show like Cards. Just throwing out some ideas.

I think I'll check out A Podcast of Ice and Fire, but I might listen to a couple of them because I'm only on the second book, but I did binge watch all three seasons last summer.

Remember I said I won't buy RockStar games, well.....

Wait there's a sale on DLC for LA Noire? I might have to check this out...of course I also would have to play my copy that I haven't touched.

I read your response about your dislike about R*. I get it, and that's why I don't have a problem with stores swiping my ID when I purchase games like that, but I do blame parents who don't take the time to check what they are buying for their kids.

GLAD Ads ... and House of Cards

Yup. Sad because he did such a good job. I think it would be on the air still if it were on HBO, Showtime, or even Netflix, seeing how big House of Cards is.

I do like the point and shoots, but I could also use a DSLR for graphics projects. I'll probably get a newer point and shoot before the summer. My last one I think is seven years old.

Video Games of My Life: Part Six – 1991-1996

Oh the Game Gear was awesome...but you needed to buy a ton of batteries. Thank goodness for third party external batteries. If you have a 3DS, on the eShop the Game Gear version of Crystal Warriors is on there.

I got a Game Gear when it was released and still have it today, but the screen is kind of funky. Funny thing is I bought one at a thrift store and the screen is fine, but the speaker is funky.

Awesome pics! At some point I'd like to invest in a nice camera. I took a photography class and it was a lot of fun (the teacher was a former Sports Illustrated photographer).

My hobbies outside of playing games...I would guess it would be buying/listening to music, thrift store hoppin', and collecting Lego. I haven't bought any new Lego sets this year, I'm waiting for a big sale.

Time for another BaD idea, BaDass Idea

So Michelle Rodriguez is dating a model? Nice.

Not a fan of Captiol One, or their mascot challenges. Thank goodness my bank doesn't do this and for folks who do their banking with them it's time to switch.

Tomba 2 - The Evil Swine Return on PSN - Update: Sony's Subterfuge

Posted on 02/19/2014 at 11:27 AM | Filed Under Blogs

Well that sucks, it would have been nice if they released an English version. The Tomba games are hard to find without spending a lot, and when it's released in a digital format...it's in a different language. I also blame Tomba for the lack of bonus Pandas in this blog. Tongue Out

A Little History On the PS you may not know

I remember seeing the pics about this, and reading a magazine article about the orignal Playstation. I thought the controller had way too many buttons, but when my cousins got one, I thought it was awesome.

Also the first Playstations that were released are in demand because apparently the audio player is really good.
