This is exactly what I was thinking about.

Cross-buy means that if you buy the PS4 version of a game, and there is a PS3 or Vita version you will have access to all versions. This doesn't necessarily apply to games like Destiny, but most indies games do have this feature.
This is how you should be able to access Rogue Legacy as a PS+ freebie on the PS4, eventhough the PS3 version is being promoted.
As long as you have 'purchased' the PS+ freebies for the month you should have access to them whenever you want. As long as you have a PS+ subscription.
What I do is that I access the store from my PC to guarantee that I add all the freebies to my download list. Just in case I ever get a PS3 again.
The Vita is one of my favourite pieces of gaming hardware. I think that it is an easier sell to those who never had a PSP since a large portion of that library is available on the Vita.
I am definitely looking forward to Shovel Knight on the Vita, eventhough I have already completed it on the 3DS. I think the Vita is better.
I had a PSP a while back, but never got an expansive collection. My youngest brother on the other hand has a pretty decent collection of games for it.
WHen I picked up my Vita I started getting PSP games again, especially since Atlus and Xseed seem to discount their games on a regular basis. So, at the moment, my PSP collection consists of the Ys games, Persona 3 Portable, Resistance Retribution, Legend of Heroes, Tactics Ogre, Killzone Liberation and... the Metal Slug games.
Overall I really enjoyed this game... up until the final couple of hours. I actually remember restarting a section so many times and getting so frustrated, that I ended up smashing my controller to bits. Then I hit the final boss, and that wasn't fun. I don't remember how many times I died and had to restart, but it took a long time to finally finish it.
I think that they fixed nearly all the problems that I had with Jak II with Jak 3.
Since they took Solid Snake away, when I have played I have gone with Little Mac. They seem equally powerful and slow.
What if... some rom-com type film with Daniel Radcliffe. There were some laugh out loud bits and some strange obsession with fecal matter. I enjoyed it overall... 3.5/5.
From what I understand, the regular Super 3DS has a larger screen. Maybe not as big as the XL versions, but definitely bigger.
Don't forget about a PS+ subsciption. They release a bunch of games on that service each year. This month the free games are Transistor, Apotheon and Rogue Legacy.
