I for one am glad Mirror's Edge 2 still looks a lot like the original and not say something resembling your everyday shooter or something. I really hope it is a sucess this time.

With Xbox One, I guess they did me a favor in a way by saving me a lot of cash!
I didn't so much mind the linearity in MGSIV. It was more so the 60% cut-scenes, 40% gameplay that got to me more. Hopefully, MGSV is a game first and a movie second this time! I will also have to look more into Watch Dogs.
What's even better is that none of these really have anything to do with gaming. I'm guessing the lightsaber is the major selling point on Kotor 3. We have already established that it has failed as a gaming machine.
I want games and their characters to evolve as well, but the fact is 95% are not going to be able to avoid elements that guarrantee sales. I've already accepted the fact that Shadow of the Colossus is literally a once-a-decade kind of game.
But wait a minute, Mackey enjoys Persona 4 and is bothered by fanservice?
Killer Instinct was a great announcement. And then they announced it as Free-to-Play. I guess my hopes to see it being a Street Fighter/Mortal Combat competitor are dashed.
USGamer.net looks nice. I'll be checking out that site in the future.
Yeah, it's pretty clear to see which console is the one to own if you actually value the ownership games. And Sony didn't express that with a bunch of boring powerpoint slides this time!
I guess one setback for you would be the lack of PS3 backwards compatibility. Since you've missed out on all those games.
I have slowly realized that gaming as a fandom is kind of a joke. Venture outside gaming sites like 1up or Pixlbit and you'll find a large portion of gamers seem to be the same kind of douchebags I avoided in high school and blocked on Facebook. And I can tell you right now that is not just males.
A lot of new IPs coming out. Can't say I know much about any of them, but hopefully they will be given more coverage post E3.
Sure Microsoft, because you asked so nicely I'll just stick with my nearly ten-year old 360 (which has been collecting dust this year) and sit out the next-gen. Who needs exciting new games like MGSV when I can play MGS2 in HD!
