Video games and chess? It's right up my son's alley. He loves to kick my butt at chess. He plays it on the iPad a lot to hone his skills. That looks like a fun game for us both to play.

Don't hold back now...tell us how you feel! This topic really has you steamed. And with good reason. Mega Man has not been given due respect for all he's done for Capcom. It's a crying shame and has me pissed as well. I did not know there had been that many cancellations. That makes no sense to me. Why do that sort of crap to loyal fans who fork over their hard earned cash to you?
Sorry about your landlord being such a pain. And don't ever feel like you can't be yourself on this site. If you can't do it here, where could you? This is not Facebook, thankfully. We all share the same dramas and hardships and stuff. Folks on here seem to be pretty understanding most of the time. As for 3rd Birthday I like it. I just wish they would do a proper next gen game to continue the legacy of Parasite Eve.
Skid Row! Sounding terrific...love that one. I am glad that Geoff Tate won the legal battle for the band name[I assume he did, anyway] because he was handed a raw deal. He devoted his life to that band,so did his wife. Queensryche is not the same if he's not singing. Deep Purple sound awesome even with out Ritchie Blackmore, but they have been going steady without him for ages now. And Black Sabbath? I listen to that song twice a day now. Once in the AM and once at night. Can't begin to tell you how excited I am by that coming album. And the tour to follow! Sharon can't divorce Ozzy now,too much money coming their way! Great picks...good way to start a Monday off.
Sophie is a cute dog. I like smaller dogs, ours is a little terrier. I really like the way you did your videos. Especially when you would show the disks. Nothing like seeing a flawless disk being held up to the light. Even if it is someone else's game. The folks at our Vintage Stock are artists with the AzuraDisk machine. They make disks look brand new, Your cases are all in really good shape, too. I found that River King game you did a blog on once. It was at a Wal Mart in Indiana for 10 bucks! Surprised me because I thought Wal Mart stopped selling PS2 games long ago. And I found Nier for $8 the same day. In brand new condition as well. Look forward to seeing the rest of your collection.
I saw one at a flea market here last month! Holy crap! Did not have a clue what it was. I had completely forgotten about that one. May have to see if the guy still has it.....
Your mention of Pong made me think of something. It was the first game I ever played. I even remember where I played it. Arcades were a big part of my life growing up. Kids today have no concept of a world without videogames. Or cell phones! Or cable TV either. I had none of that and was a pretty happy child. What happened is seeing the evolution of games from the start makes me appreciate them even more today.
That game does look like fun. I have such good memories in regard to the Game Boy. It got me through a lot of boring times at sea when I was in the Navy. I would have been really bored and depressed without it. Had Mario and Kirby games....all sorts of stuff. And this one would have kept me entertained I know.
I've stated my theory before on tech. Any time a breakthrough in tech arrives man does two things with it first. He tries to find ways to kill with it,and he tries to find ways to use it for sexual gratification. The Japanese will perfect a sex robot in the next ten years,I would bet money!
That image was so cool I had to put it in. Some people are so creative! I want one of them.
