Finished Halo: Silentium

I've always been interested in the Halo story but never really played.  I tried Halo 4 but didn't like the single player.  A friend told me that it was probably because I hadn't played the others to get into the storyline yet.  I'd love to read the books, even if I don't play it again.

I'm on Steam! Finally!

Congrats!!  I haven't made the jump yet.  If I decide to not jump into the next PS and Xbox consoles, I'll probably go pc.   Rhandy Rhodes is classic, he's one of the best soloists there ever was.  Lot's of melody.

I can't believe I actually did it.

The more I play Ilusion, the more I like it.  It caters a little more to the "kid" end.  In a small way it reminds me a little of A boy and his blob in parts.  You can carry 5 sketches to use anywhere.  It's fun to use them to complete some of the levels.  I have decided the only thing I really dislike about it, is that to complete the "side quests" you have to revisit some boards that you already did.  Sometimes I had to revisit a board or 2 more than that.  Agrabah!!! oh how I despise you!!

.... Loving it.  It's a great time for me to get into the sport.  There have been some awesome games to watch that came down to the last seconds (at this moment I can't remember which ones because I'm exhausted).  I could watch those kinds of games all day.... oh wait...I did lol

Whats the scariest game you ever played??

I had close to the same experience with Fatal Frame.  Pre-ordered it at the time, took some colossal pics when I could but most of the time the scare part messed me up and caused me to miss my shots.  I can still say it was fun though.  This is definitely a game that accomplished a lot without any combat.

A Comic that Inspired Batman: Arkham Asylum

Posted on 03/25/2013 at 11:29 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I've read this or Arkham City on the psp comic "program"  I absolutely loved it.  I've seen the Arkham City collection but it's too expensive now.  I'll have to go back and check out Asylum.

The Quest to Play Through all the Final Fantasy games - First Installment: Introduction to a Gamer

GREAT BLOG!!!!  I am really looking forward to the rest.  I remember having the NES guide to Final Fantasy that you pictured, but at the time I couldn't afford it and was not into rpg turn taking.  I didn't get it then.   I did play it on psp a while back and really enjoyed it.  It reminded me of an expanded version of the first Zelda in some ways.
