Rising is a strange spin-off. In many ways it's the exact opposite of what people expect from Metal Gear Solid. But in other ways, it shares a lot in common with Metal Gear in how bizarre it is. From Raiden stabbing himself to prove how nuts he is to the final boss against professional wrestler Glenn Beck, this game is weird in so many good ways. But it's a different kind of weird, the Platinum Games weird. Yet, it actually fits really well with Metal Gear and ended up being second only to 3 in the series for me and my favorite of Platinum's games.
So I've often talked about how busy I am as a high up business guy. But just what exactly do I do? Most people don't go into what they do for a living and I can say that unless you ask well you won't get an answer. We've all had those dead end jobs. Jobs that don't pay too well or jobs that do. Some jobs we like, others we don't. I remember getting a paper route at 13 years old and thinking about how awesome that paltry $60 was when I got it. Delivering papers on my bicycle after school every day and early Sunday mornings was awful.
Well it’s Thursday and the final day of WOMiP. It has been fun sharing another hobby with you good folks on Pixlbit, and for today I thought I would share my Top 10 songs I listened to for 2013. I bought my laptop at the end of 2012 and spent the next couple of months moving over all my CDs to my new iTunes account. I still have my deactivated one on my old laptop, which I need to erase and just keep the mixtapes and other random audio files, but I will leave that to a lazy rainy Sunday. For a bit of an explanation on my Top 10 list, I tend to go through phases with singles where I will listen to one song maybe 4-5 times in a row, and then move on, or while listening to an album I’ll get stuck on that song, listen to it a couple of times, and then move on to the next track. Anyways let’s jump right into Chris’ Top 10 Singles for 2013!
So I was in the next town over yesterday, and hard to park in a municipal lot that used a ticket system. I ducked into a nearby Gamestop to ask about it, since there's a two hour limit between 9 and 6; I also asked whether they had any PS4's in stock out of curiosity.
