So, I made a cover version of the MGS2 theme song, because it's a fucking epic song and I love it. It took like... a full day. I don't think it ends all that well, but oh well. Tell me what you think!

Hey guys, if you read my drunk blogs you'll know that I was talking to someone the other night who was really awesome, and we made out and had been texting ever since. She asked me out on Wednesday (My birthday, I turned 21) and I said yes. We went out for coffee, because we're classy bitches.

Cover songs can be awesome, or they can be terrible pieces of shit, depending on the band covering the song. What I think makes a truly great cover is a band that takes a song and makes it their own, while still capturing the essence of the original. With that in mind, here are some awesome cover songs!

Firstly, I didn't write this. This is a fellow writer/editor/awesome person at plus10damage, and I think it raises some really good points that I think could be a great jumping off point for discussion. Hey guys, I just made a video! It's kind of meh but hey, it's my first video, what are you going to do. I was also quite pissed at fraps by the time I got this one out, because I'd done like 20 attempts, all better than this one, but this one went for more than 6 fps... so eh. Anyway here it is!
