I'll wait for that Great war game to drop in price. don't look compelling enough for me right now.
Still unsure of watching the New transformers movie. I've been burned one to many times with the franchise. and I don't care how awesome it woudl be to see Optimus Prime riding a robotic dinosaur into battle
I feel you. Kinda was like that last year before the big release of the PS4/ Xbox One. it took awhile but the right amount of certain games helped me to rekindle the lurve. Wolfenstein did help along with some oddly choices of gaming enjoys: Console Free 2 Play titles!
I'm with you about "playing games to escape". I can run around in the world or drive on a ride anytime. Give me a mech or starfighter and let me explore the galaxy!
and then destroy them....
i'm with you on Pac Man Museum so far. After reading your review AND waiting for a price drop (which happened this week during Microsoft's Ultimate Game's sale) I'm the proud owner of the game. Pretty fun actually even if some of them are really oddball titles. I can't believe they went that far with pac man, so many odd versions of gaming. Keys and fruits instead of pellets?
The only downside for me is that there isn't a way to change the aspect ration so I can try to make the game take up most of the screen size. I play on a 60" anyway but it would've been nice. Also glad I DLed the free Ms Pac man title when it was offered back in March. the original pac man and Ms pac man go for about 4.99 each separate so I say it's a pretty sweet deal and worthy for a collection vote this year.
Ouch that's harsh. Glad to see your taking it well but still that's just wrong in how they did that! I've heard many stories from my "work-mercenary" friends (temps) who are seeing more and more of them taking the place of full time workers at half the pay. Even my bro out east was forced to "quit" when they tried to relocate him to the midwest wherethen he could resign with benefits. how they hell would that help him when he was forced to relocate with no assistance?!?!?1

Good for you in getting back into shape. I'm still trying myself given how I'm wasted after a day at the office and Ace combat Infinity isn't helping matters.
I'm still wondering if they'll release a Dead Space Trilogy later on. I didn't bother with the series when 2 and 3 were released with EA's accursed Online pass system (and as you can tell the gameplay suffered bacause of it) but now that Online pass with EA is dead I'm thinking about giving it a try this fall.
I never really gave the indie retro thing a second look really. I didn't know that some of them could use those types of graphics as it's only pull. It's would explain though why I'm so leery of certain titles that offer such but I've never heard of them. That one dragon Story game on PSN comes to mind. it was on sale awhile back but I didn't take the plunge given that I didn't know much about it nor felt compelled enough to check into it.
