Amen to that brother. I alsways liked RPGs for the story. It was like seeing the events in a fantasy book playing out on the screen. But I never considered it as particularly superior to other game genres.

I like Mothman's suggestions as well. Both Pixlcast and BlasterCaster. How about we combine then and call it Pixl BlasterCaster. Makes for a nice acronym that rolls of the tongue-- P.B.C.
YEEESSSSSS!
Speaking of Castlevania, I need to purchase all three of them on the Virtual Console. If it's on the Wii U, I'll just go for that one.
I toally agree Cary. Ninja Gaiden was an innovator in presenting story elements-- in a platformer no less. I think that's pretty inpressive for back then.
I'd bring back Kickle Cubicle
Wow...it's like you've been there when my wife I play the gfame. Very similar stuff happens, mostly by accident. But yeah, I sometimes get in the zone and totally forget to wait up for the wife. She also loves that cat suit.
Dude yes!!!...Sometimes, my wife and I get a little frustrated with each other because she can't always move as quickly as I can (because my have superiour dexarity). Or sometimes, she'll go down a pipe or through a dorr when I was trying to get a green star or something. LOL! So funny you mentioned the possibilty of arguments.
It was fun reading your play-by-play of the visit to your local game store. reminds me of my adventures when I had retro game shop near me. and if it makes you feel any better, I'm the same way when it comes to getting games I really want althought maybe I shouldn't buy it just then. At least you can tell yourself that you HAD to do it because it was the last copy. It always feels sweet to get the last one.
