From what I've played of one Professor Layton game, the math seemed pretty light. And the hint system is pretty generous anyway.
You should consider checking out Alien. It has such thick tension that it bares no comparison to almost any other horror movie I've seen.

I think there's a point where any game maker has to put overly critical and negative opinions in one ear and out the other. Bioshock Infinite was one of the highest rated games of last year, but two months after the game released a lot people just decided it sucked.

Honestly, one of the great things of games and other forms of entertainment is that they allow you to release your fantasies in a virtual realm. You are releasing these thoughts to a world that doesn't exist, instead of acting them out in reality, on real people. Granted, there are some lines that need to be treaded very carefully in media, but that doesn't mean the subject has to be avoided at all costs. Not exactly what you were trying to say, but it's something that's been on my mind for a while.
Although Ghosts was apparently a disappointment in sales, I'm sure it still made a ton of money. Regardless, they really do need to make a new engine if they don't want sales to continue dropping.
I still haven't gotten a Wii. Over half of these games are ones I've considered playing though. And yeah, I'd completely forgotten about Fragile Dreams. I've heard a lot of good things about that.
