I'm caught up now thanks to you. I went out on free comic book day and I got lucky. They had the one you showed. Now I just need to get the third one that you are talking about here. Tremendously good comics that I will always have in my collection. I love game related .....anything! Who am I kiddin' here.
I really try to stay up on what is going on in politics. And I get news from a variety of sources. But it just seems like we're being played most of the time. Like it's all one big puppet show put on to entertain the masses. Corporations are the ones pulling the strings. They truly run the show and always win. No matter who wins elections they get their way because they play both sides. It's win-win for them that way.
Nice! Shivering Isles is a great bit of content. I am Target bound later on to see if I can find a deal like you did on Rayman. Looks like one I would like. I only have two games for my Vita now,it's downright pitiful!
Can't believe I haven't heard of Neutral Milk Hotel. Dug that one a lot. I also like the drinking vibe of the last 3 songs. I have a few more hour to go before I can have a beer....damn! The Welch Boys were my favorite on the booze related songs. Light Years was awesome. I like when nerds just rock out like that. Those guys are great. The title of the Bent Left song is very timely. Lotsa folks doing just that these days.
I may end up doing both. I am very curious to see if the PS2 slim performs better.
Cool! Thanks for the info on that. I should be able to find one of them pretty easily. Some places have several for sale right now.
I had a feeling you would pay tribute to Jeff Hanneman today. To metalheads worldwide this is a great loss. I was lucky enough to see him perform a few times in my life. But he was not there last year when we saw Slayer. Knew he was having a tough time of it then. In the world of metal this is like losing a Jimmy Page or an Eric Clapton. The man was just that good. I listened to each of the songs you put up here. As I listened to them over the weekend. Just to remember the guy and what he did for metal. He will be greatly missed and always remembered. I like your idea about doing album reviews. Sounds kind of cool to learn more about songs from albums I am not familiar with.
Rappers fighting sounds cool to me. May have to check that out. Those Def Jam games have been around a long time. They have some innovative things in the matches.
I am so ready for the next generation. I love when this happens. Costs me a lot of money but in the end it's all worth it. I played Bullet Witch one time and really enjoyed it. Just started on Nier yesterday and I think it's going to be good. So many good 360 and PS3 games that will now very cheap and easy to find. Gaming continues to be something that everyone can relate to and get into. Except for those close-minded fools who still see it as a time waster for kids. Most of them sit on their asses watching hours of sports,so what the hell do they know?
