Very cool read. I think it's terrible that kind of behavior is still around. I myself have always respected women. In my opinion, they just want to be accepted like everyone else. The sexual object thing comes into play because women try their best to look attractive and desired, and men think that they can get a hook up somehow. Guys, just give it a rest! Stop that, because chances are, you are not their type and will never be. They are our gamer Sisters, and should be treated with kindness. Those people need to stop projecting their inadequacies onto others.

Nice to meet you! Thanks for commenting on my blog. As for me, I am quite content with my PS3. It will take a killer app for me to get one. I realize that Sony is starting brand new with this machine, so there's no chance to carry over my collection with this new machine. Same thing with Microsoft. Although they are already starting out next gen at a disadvantage with me. I went through 2 360's, & the console was just defective from an engineering standpoint.

That's a nice story... My fantasy game was Final Fantasy VI. The game just became a living world to me. Sometimes I miss placing myself in the characters' roles.

That's weird. I thought Valkyrie Profile was on the PSN store, but I guess I was wrong. Such a shame, too. It's a classic.

I have been enjoying the PsP for several years now. My favorite game is Dissidia Duodecim. Such a great brawler. Almost as good as Smash Bros.

Soul Calibur blew me away on what a 3D fighter could be like. I loved how you could change the opening cinema. Almost all of the characters were fun to play as. It saw a rerelease on current gen systems minus the Edge Master mode. Soul Calibur V... not so much. =(

I played through NT2 because I wanted to see what the fuss was all about. While it was fun, it didn't quite fit into what an RPG was, nor did it seem like a true Mega Man game. My favorites were X1 and X4, because they really did revolutionize the series, along with MMZero. It's really too bad that MM has entirely missed this generation of hardware beyond the retro sequels.

Sounds coolios to me! I suppose after SquareEnix takes all my money, maybe they'll think about the official true sequel in 2040.

My thoughts on the 1.5 mix are that I just want them to update the combat system before release. I haven't seen anything on that. The old battle system is really clunky and slow, and has not aged well. I wasn't the greatest Kingdom Hearts fan, but if they do that, I would be tempted to get this rerelease or remake or update or whatever you want to call it. Otherwise, it just feels like a cash grab.
