Luke's 2009 Game of the Year Awards

Luke gives us his thoughts on the best titles that were released in 2009 on all platforms.

Xbox 360

Game of the Year: Left 4 Dead 2

The sequel to Left 4 Dead, while not groundbreaking in any way or form, it provides a more satisfying experience than the first title due to the many enhancements. Like its predecessor, Left 4 Dead 2 provides some of the best co-operative gameplay found on Xbox 360.

Runner-Up: Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

Episodes from Liberty City is a compilation of The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony from Xbox Live Arcade on a retail disc. This allows players to enjoy both great episodes if they weren't fond of the digital releases or are owners of the PlayStation 3 version of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Honorable Mentions:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Street Fighter 4, Blazblue, Assassin's Creed 2, The Beatles: Rock Band, Star Ocean: The Last Hope
