I'd highly recommend Burnout Paradise. I put way too much time into that game and loved every second of it. The sense of speed is great. I would have the platinum if not for this one idiotic multiplayer trophy that requires like 8 people. Vanquish was pretty cool too. I had bought that randomly for cheap.

I haven't played Everything...
(saw what I did, I made a twist on the It does everything slogan) Anyway, the new Gen is here, the PS4, Xbox One, and the Wii U are this gen's new consoles. I have a Wii U but wont get either of the 2 till later on. My PS3 on the other hand is getting alot of use, I have alot of games on the PS3 however there are some games I still want to try on the PS3 that I haven't. I either had to sacrifice one for a new release or simply never got around to buying them. Some might have been new releases from last year, others are titles that are pretty old but still great games. But before I start the list, here are links to blogs you might of missed...
*Note 2 links per person today because my internet didn't work last night but same rules as before apply. Also one blog only if said user only has one blog up, as of this one*

Now that the links are out of the way, here are the games I want to try on the PS3 that I haven't gotten yet:
GTA V: This game was basically last years critically acclaimed game that won a ton of awards and was the best game of 2013. According to the internet. I was actually excited for it, not for the game or because it was another GTA game, but simply because it takes place in Los Angeles, my home city. That reason alone was for me to try it, but I couldn't because it was either this, or save for Pokemon. I normally don't play these for the story, but just to mess around and cause mayhem. That's what I did with Vice City and San Andreas in my cousin's PS2. It was fun. I'll probably try this when I see a GOTY ED for 20 bucks. Also fun fact, that park in the screen shot? That's a park I used to go to all the time as a kid
.
NFS Most Wanted: I passed up on this in 2012 along with Fall of Cybertron, but got the latter last year at a great price. I don't know why I passed on this one. I loved the original Most Wanted on the Gamecube, it's my favorite NFS title and when I heard they were making an new one I was just happy at the thought. One thing I missed is that you can't customize cars like in the original. Sure you could customize the tires and engine and whatnot, but no superficial changes like spoilers and decals and vinyls and the like. I'll try it, hopefully this year but I'll most likely get the Wii U version. Or both the PS3 and Wii U version.
Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale: That's a mouthful. I heard alot of people bitching that this was a Smash Bros knock-off, but who cares? The Nintendo crowd has Smash Bros, Sega has the Sonic All-Stars series, so let the Sony fans have something they can fanwank to. Because that is basically what these games are for, fanwanking. I'm not sure how well this game did, but I am curious to see how it is and how different it is from Smash Bros.
Valkyria Chronicles: One of the types of games I don't have alot of is rpgs. I know there are quite a few of them on the PS3, but one I see that get's alot of praise is Valkyria Chronicles. I have no idea what kind of rpg it is, but I'm willing to try it to see what all the praise is about. Plus it must of done something good to get all that praise.
Binary Domain:This is a third person shooter from what I heard. But the twist here is that there is a trust system. You lead a squad of soldiers (I guess) and they will behave differently based on how you treat them or something. Not sure if this has been done before but seems new to me. It also changes the gameplay and story from what I heard. I am curious though.
Metal Gear Solid 4: This is one game I've yet to try. I heard it's one fo the must haves on the PS3. I have the MGS HD Collection and I haven't even beaten 3 yet. I did play 1 courtesy of a friend and beat 2 from the HD Collection. I still need to beat 3 first. Also a good reason why I haven't purchased this is because my PS3 HDD storage is low and heard this game wastes a ton of space. I'll try to beat 3 this year and hope to play MGS4 too. But my first mission is to get a larger HDD. Speaking of Metal Gear...
Metal Gear Rising: Remember in MGS2 were people started off as Snake, but later on only to get dick moved by playing as Raiden through the whole game? It never really bothered me that much. Sure the premise of it being a Metal Gear game was the same, like sneaking around, stealth, plot twists within plot twist. Only this time you're using Raiden. Later on you get a sword and play the game differently. That is what this game, (from what I know) is trying to expand that concept of the swordplay from MGS2 but only executed better. I really want to try it out some time this year, but wonder if I have to play MGS4 first. And it was made by Platinum Games, speaking of Platinum Games...
Vanquish: Is a third person shooter by Platinum Games and it's widly recognized for it's fast-paced action and enemy fire coming from anywhere. Just like in those old 2D shooters.. Plus you're wearing an awesome looking suit that has all of these abilities and each one is important if you want to survive. Sounds cool to me. Platinum Games seems to focus mostly on fast-paced gameplay, but you'll notice that Platinum Games is getting alot of love on this blog...
Bayonetta: Bayonetta is another game made by (surprise!) Platinum Games. I heard alot of my friends talk about the game. They say some pretty awesome things about it. All I know about it is that it's getting a sequel that's a Wii U exclusive. And that the internet went all ragey that day. I also heard that it's a pretty cool action game, and you can't have too many of those. I'll try to play this before Bayonetta 2 comes out. Unless you know, they include a Wii U port of it on Bayonetta 2. But who wants to play 1 when you can play 2?
Deadpool The Game: Deadpool The Game is made by High Moon Studios, the guys who made the good Transformers games and I love them for that. I know alot about Deadpool despite not reading the comics. I know that he breaks the 4th Wall like Freakazoid, infact that's probably the real reason I like him. That and he is funny. He is pretty much crazy. I know the game wasn't perfect and had it's flaws, but if it has that humor I loved about Freakazoid, then why not?
Batman Arkham Origins: I was really excited for this game as a huge Batman fan. I loved the trailer and was impressed, but every trailer is supposed to impress you, that's what they are for. But somehow I had an odd feeling that this game might not be the what the trailer shows, I mean I was excited but knew the game wouldn't be on the calibre as Arkham Asylum or atleast Arkham City. I decided to wait and was right, the game is filled with glitches and game breaking bugs, and heard they simplified the combat. I didn't like City as much because the combat was too easy, and making it even more easier to me isn't good in my opinion. It made me appreciate City more. That is just one reason I like Asylum more. It pains me to say it but I'll check this game out when I see it at a Bargain price or the eventual GOTY, if there is one.
Optimus Prime is about to run over that car
Burnout Paradise: Out of every game on the PS3, this is the one game that has eluded my grasp since I got a PS3 in 2010. No matter what I do, I can never seem to buy this game for some reason. Everytime I am getting around to purchasing it, I have to buy something else or something get's in the way. Maybe I am destined to never play it, I want to get it this year, the only reason I want to get to this one sooner than later is because it's an old game and I'm afraid they will take down the servers for it. I want a crack at the platinum, I know I can do it. But besides that, the game just looks so fun. Like I said before, I love racing games, be it kart, arcade, or racing sim games, this looks so crazy and fun that I must be crazy for putting it off all this time.
I know it's a long list, I think there are more games I've yet to try but this list would go on longer than I expected. Is there a game on the PS3 you want to try but haven't? Thanks for reading and later.
