Pixlpeeps, Happy Monday! I went to the gym earlier this morning and this new guy keeps taking “my” treadmill. That’s fine because the one next to it has a better view, but this is what bugs me. Since it is a neighborhood gym the rule is that once you’re finished wipe down the station and there are two dispensers at either end that have those Clorox Wipes. Guy just hops off the machine, and walks away. Gross. Anyways that’s my random morning rant. Let’s get started with What Chris is Playing!

Happy Friday Pixlpeeps! Winter is making it’s last stand outside and it is cold (California Cold = high 60s) so here I am updating what has been going on in the non gaming stuff I have been up to. Sound fun? Alright let’s get started!

Well hello Pixlpeeps, long time no type. After BaD I decided that it would be good to take a week to not write anything because 1.) I wanted a little break and 2.) I really didn’t have much to write about. During this time I started to cross off another goal for 2018 and I made my way back to the gym. Oh it feels good to spend time on the treadmill zoning out to whatever is on the phone, or watching video on my tablet. It feels good to wake up and head straight to the gym in the morning instead of watching the $25,000 Pyramid until the alarm goes off. Anyways more on this on Friday. Today is about what I’ve been playing and I have to say there hasn’t been much but I did knock one game off of Mount Backlog which is always good.

Well we are here, the end of another BaD and I have to say it has been a lot of fun but I will be happy to get back to the normal posting routine. I have a lot of blogs to catch up on, and I’d like to get back to gaming at night instead of taking pictures, writing down my thoughts, and uploading them here. Anyways to end BaD 2018, today’s Goals is something I started for Lent but I might just keep for the rest of the year. For Lent I gave up commenting on Social Media. Now to be more specific I gave up on jumping into “discussions” and I use that term loosely. It seems like more and more people no longer want to have an actual discussion online, and instead they want people to agree with their point of view. When this doesn’t go their way they cry “Fake News”, “Troll”, “Libtard”,”Trumpette” and all the other tags. Things I like to point out that if little kids did this, they would be put on Time Out, but yet adults get a pass. Here’s a little background on why I gave up these discussions: On Facebook (oh these things always start with those two magic words) one of my friends posted their extreme slanted point of view. When I called them out on it I was met with the usual responses because there was no substance to their argument. It ended with my favorite line to make it sound like these people have better things to do “Well I am going outside and enjoying life” or something similar aka, I don’t know what to say.

It’s not midnight yet here in Southern California and to be honest I almost forgot about writing today’s Goals blog, BUT I do have a topic that I wanted to write about earlier today but I got sidetracked (like reading and responding to your blogs, sorry) but here we go. Today’s Goals blog is making some progress in my Backlog and how I think I can do it.

For the final three days of BaD I thought I would focus on three goals for the rest of the year. I know I covered some on the Resolutions blog in December but I wanted to focus on three that I may or may not have covered, because once BaD is over, 2018 has 10 months left so why not get the most out of it. For today’s 2018 Goals I thought I would talk about Clutter both virtual and physical.

 Pixlpeeps it’s Friday, I’ve been out all day and I am back home and ready to relax, watch TV, and of course update you on the randoms going on here in my little piece of Southern California. BaD has been a lot of fun but I’m glad it’s almost over because well it’s a lot of work (you folks know) and I do like my Monday/Friday setup. Anyways let’s get back to some Quick Hits!
