Hello Pixlpeeps! For this week I thought I would try something fun and somewhat easy for me because I won't have to type. This week's theme is Story In Pictures and every day I will try and do something but only tell the story using pictures. Sounds like fun? I hope it does, so let's get started with a President's Day purchase I made earlier so I wouldn't have to open the other one I bought.

It is Friday and I had a couple of sad looking Fillet O’Fish earlier for lunch because it’s Catholic Friday and it’s no meat day. I’m eyeing some clam chowder for dinner or at worst, some sad fish tacos. Anyways since today is Friday I am going with a Quick Hits today instead of the Versus theme because I couldn’t think of anything to pit against each other, and I bought some Hot Wheels over the past 10 days or so, so let’s get started!

So here we are, Thursday and well last night I thought about getting a Switch, but at the end of the night I didn’t. I am probably going to wait to see if there will be some kind of sale for President’s Day, but today’s Versus is will I go with Physical games or make the jump to digital only. Now the PS3/PS4/360/3DS XL/PSP/Vita I have dabbled with digital games and for the most part they work fine but if I do go with a Switch I’m leaning digital full time, so here we go with today’s Versus.

So my Versus topic today was blog or no blog. Now here me out, I was going to be lazy and maybe skip a day of BaD and make up for it on the weekend or maybe double up on blog or get around to writing right before midnight. Well it’s 10:43pm here in Southern California, it smells like rain outside and I decided to write this blog. Why? Because I like taking part in this community event, even if it’s just a little entry.

Well today is Fat Tuesday which means, this Friday I need to start remembering that I can’t eat meat. Hello McDonald’s Fillet O’Fish and other meals that are similar OR I can just fast until Midnight and then hit the local In-N-Out at 12:01. Either sound fine with me. Anyways since this is day 2 of Versus week I want to cover a genre of gaming that just recently ended for a franchise I kind of liked, and that is the Toys To Life craze. Remember a couple of years ago when Skylanders started this, everyone went crazy and soon clones appeared? Yep I think Skylanders is still going strong while the other two big names are now out.

Happy Monday Pixlpeeps! For this week’s theme for BaD I thought I would try something different. I am going with the theme of Versus. For me Versus is not going to be a fight but more of a compare and contrast. It’s nothing fancy, a couple of pictures, some information and maybe some opinions. I’m currently going with the subject of Lego but I might change it at some point if inspiration hits (usually in the shower) but today we are starting off with the Lego set 4504 from 2004 Versus Lego set 75105 from 2015, the Battle of the Lego Millennium Falcons.

So here I am on Friday night and well I really don’t have anything to write. I reserve Monday and Friday as my regular blog day items and do the BaD stuff during the week but for today’s Quick Hits I have no idea what to write but I should write something because it is Friday and well the Opening Ceremonies are on and I’d like to see the the 100s of athletes that make up Team USA. Instead of doing my usual of Quick Hits I will talk about something else I really don’t collect anymore but I still love and occasionally buy….Jerseys.

Oh you knew during Stuff Chris Collects this topic would come up and today’s subject is Lego. Yup the little plastic pieces that apparently rival the price of gold on the resell market. Well the story starts out like this: growing up I didn’t have a lot of Lego and I would occasionally get the small sets. Lego really wasn’t a big deal to me so every so often I would get a set but I was mainly focused on GI Joe.

It’s still early here in Southern California (almost 7pm) so technically I still have time for Day 5 of BaD! For today’s Other Stuff Chris Collects I thought I would talk about one of the first things I got into: buying baseball caps. Now I have pictures of me in Dodgers gear but I like to blame my parents and other family who probably got this stuff for me when I was a baby but around middle school I started looking at baseball caps and I wanted to buy one, but I couldn’t make up my mind on which cap I wanted to get. So during my 8^th grade year right before I went on the class graduation trip to Disneyland my mom took me and my little brother to the Foot Locker and I got my first cap, an adjustable Olive Green Air Jordan Cap with the logo and wordmark in black

So last week I said I would have theme weeks instead of one huge theme for the month because it mixes things up a bit, and I get a little more freedom on what I want to share with you good people. This week’s theme is “Other Stuff Chris Collects.” I will write about four other hobbies I have where I usually buy stuff for it. I thought I would start off today’s BaD with an article I read while still in bed earlier this morning before my alarm went off.
