Good morning Pixlbiticans! Monday is back, I’m not too happy because I felt that the weekend rushed by but it happens so here we are. I can’t complain, Monday has its charm and I am excited to start a fresh week even though the local weather gal said it was going to be 113° today so I need to hurry up and write down this latest blog so I can snap a couple of pictures before it gets way too hot…oh and I guess today is the big start of some conference about video games. I’m one of the folks who never actually wanted to go to E3. A couple of times I had the opportunity to, but standing in line to play a demo for a free shirt never appealed to me. I’d rather watch the Playstation presentation, and then either praise or complain about it on Twitter (for you folks who follow me on Twitter, I apologize in advance.)

Pixlbit Nation, Happy Friday! The weekend is back, and I’m ready to spend the next couple of days playing some games, enjoying the air conditioning (its 100 degrees here) and maybe take a trip for CD Saturday/Sunday. So do you folks have planned? Anything fun? So this past week has been good. I knocked out one game off Mount Backlog, making some good progress in a couple of other games, and maybe snuck in a picture or two. Let’s get started with Quick Hits With Chris!

Good morning Pixlbit Nation! My Monday is starting off slow but it will pick up later on today, but for right now, I want to take a nap. Anyways so how was your weekend? Anything fun happen? Did you play any games? Of course you did, you’re Pixlbit and all you do is play games. So did any of you catch the X-Games? On ESPN 3, they aired the eGames portion where a couple of teams played Heroes of the Storm (remember way back when I was making fun of them for the college version?) Well this time they gave the competitors the same medals as those handed out on the X-Games. I’m sorry game players but I don’t think playing a video game is a sport. So I watched that for a bit just to see how the X-Games was going to treat it before moving on to watching an episode or two of Daredevil (I think I am on Episode 10 or 11 now.) Anyways it is Monday, and we usually save TV Talk for Friday so let’s get started!

Happy Friday Pixlbit Nation! I can see the weekend, and its waving back. I don’t know about you but man oh man this week seemed to drag its feet getting to this point. Currently it is really windy here in Southern California, because apparently there is a hurricane off the coast and it’s changing the weather a bit. I’m not complaining because a couple of days of cooler weather are always fine especially if we are staring at triple digits for the next couple of months. Blah! After I finish typing this I’m going to try and enjoy a little bit of this by going to the local satellite post office (it’s at a golf course.) I might take my camera to get some shots of the mountains. Anyways let’s get this edition of Quick Hits started!

Good Morning and Happy June Pixlbit Nation! I hope you good people had a good weekend, spending time with those games you’ve been dying to play during the week, and maybe exploring some new stuff. Since it is the beginning of the month (today my Lego Imperial Shuttle will finally be available in stores so hopefully Target has it so I can price match at Toys R Us, and get the points)

Well good morning Pixlbit Nation! Since it is Friday, I got a late start to the morning, and decided to get up at 8am instead of the usual 6ish-7am times. So how are you good people this morning? Anything fun planned for the weekend? The temperature has jumped back up to more normal readings and today we can expect triple digits which usually sucks but at least the humidity hasn’t kicked in yet so its manageable. Anyways let’s get started with Quick Hits because I want to run some errands and maybe check out a sculpture garden.

Good morning Pixlbit Nation and Happy Tuesday! My day started at 4:00am for some odd reason and I tried for an hour to go back to sleep but eventually I just fired up the 3DS XL and waited for the alarm to go off. I’m not complaining I had a four day vacation where I got to do nothing but catch up on games, some shows on Netflix, and visited the local mom & pop music store. During this time I did take down two games from Mount Backlog.

It is a breezy Southern California morning, and here I am typing away indoors. Hello Pixlbit! Friday is here, and I am ready to do something fun during this extended weekend. I don’t think I’m going to travel, but I do see a trip to the local mall for some new music, maybe a pretzel, and just maybe a stop at the local comic store on the way home. How are you good people? Well good morning Pixlbit, how are you on this fine Monday morning? Currently it’s a bit breezy here in Southern California, and we have below normal temperatures, which is always a good thing. I mentioned to a friend how funny it is that in December we are wearing sweaters, and complaining about how cold it is outside, but the same temp in May, and we are roaming about in shorts and a t-shirt. I walked outside earlier this morning in basketball shorts, and a basketball jersey and wasn’t cold. Anyways I shook off that pesky weekend cold that hit me on Thursday and all the bad parts of it hit around Friday. By Sunday the only thing I could complain about was that I couldn’t breathe out of my nose. I passed the time playing a bunch of tablet games, and when I was feeling better I threw in a couple of console games.
