     Taito Legends [Xbox], collecting 29 arcade games, is organized in a straightforward way. You just scroll left to right over the games. Each game has its own mini-menu where you can check the control scheme and find history, interviews and cabinet art. I was surprised at how many games I liked, 9 in this collection. I’ll do three at a time.

     In putting the original Xbox into a bag to take to my friend’s place, I realized how darn heavy this console is. It’s like the weight of a cinder block and about the same size. My PS2 slim and GameCube are feather weights by comparison. The Xbox is like the Ford F650 to the PS2 and GameCube’s Toyota Scion. It’s so darn… well… American.

        Magical Drop III has the look and feel of Super Puzzle Fighter with colorful graphics, joyful music, and wacky characters to choose from (I chose Rini who rides the pig Giuseppe in the Adventure mode).
