So, Fallout 4 was officially announced yesterday.  Can't say that I am surprised.  Can say that I am super-excited about this one.

Here is what has been going on since I last visited this wonderful realm to blog.

Upon finishing up Bloodborne I dived right into Shovel Knight, and finished that game up almost instantly.  I was excited for Shovel Knight to finally be on the Vita, but I found myself playing it on the PS4.  Typically when I enjoy games on the Vita, I have the volume turned down, but not so when I play on the PS4.  This meant that a lot of the music from Shovel Knight got stuck in my head.  That soundtrack is so good.  Anyway, I finished the game fairly quickly and went trophy hunting until I let frustration get the best of me.  

Well, I had every intention to sit down and make an early impressions blog.  Sadly, it is a little too late for that seeing as I finished up my first run of the game last night.  Overall, it was a great ride and I highly recommend it.

Here is a little story.  I backed Wasteland 2.  I got two copies of the game when it was finally released and I gladly gave one of those copies to Snee.  I have yet to redeem the other copy for myself because I know that I will never actually play the game on PC.  When it comes to the PS4, I will definitely play Wasteland 2.

I could sit here and talk on and on and on about how much I love Big Finish productions.  I don't really have the time or patience at the moment, so I will leave you a link.  If you consider yourself a fan of Doctor Who, I recommend spending the $15 on the bundle.

It has been a long time.  Life has been good, filled to the brim with work, Destiny, and not much else.  Thankfully, I may have finally reached the point that I am moving away from Destiny.  With nearly 144 hours logged into the game since it launched, I think it is about damn time.  Do you have any idea the games that I have missed because of Destiny...  well it was a lot.

I haven't really been around since this gamergate thing started. I still see it pop up in my twitter feed every once in a while. I don't know anything about it, so that is not why I am here. I just wanted to make a comment on how it might be coincidental that I took a break from most web interaction around the time that it began. That isn't to say that I have taken a break from games. Far from it. In fact, my wife has gotten annoyed more than once because I have been spending a fair amount of time with Destiny. That is why I am here today, I wanted to talk about Destiny.
To make sure that I get across the point that I want to make, I am going to state it early. I suppose like on of those TL;DR disclaimers. I love Destiny, it has been one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I have had in a long time. The disc has not left my PS4 since it was inserted.

I was thinking that I do not have much to say, but we will see.  I may end up rambling on for a while.
