During one of the last PSN flash sales I had picked up three fourths home because I had heard some good things about it. I downloaded it to my Vita the other day along with a handful of other games that I had picked up during the same flash sale. My wife was finishing up some work last night and I decided to boot up three fourths home... i had heard that it was a short experience.

I went back to the same used media shop and they did not have anything new on the shelf. I think that I might make more regular stops, just to see if they get any new NES or even SNES games in. Gamestop has been offering Retro classic on their website at competetive prices, and they still had Crystalis in stock. So, I ordered that and a first-party NES controller. I still don't have the means to play the games, but I am still looking into the clone machines. The Retron 5 sounds appealing to me, I like the idea of playing my GBA games on the big screen.

I beat Mad Max the other day.  Had a blast and consider it one of my favorite games of 2015.

This is blog suicide. Who in their right mind would publish a new blog in the middle of February? Well, I had some thoughts that I wanted to get down and out, but don't have the patience to wait until March.

This will be the third iteration of this blog so far this week. I just can't seem to nail down exactly what I want to say. Let me start with what I have been up to and go from there. My wife and I finished up all of the Star Wars movies and it was fun seeing all of the little things that they brought over from all the old ones to Episode VII. I finished up Part 1 in Abomination and took a little break, I hope to get back to it shortly. I have gone indie at the moment, in regards to games. I booted up Knytt Underground and The Adventures of Pip, enjoying both of them. I just wish Pip was on Vita like Knytt. Indie games just FEEL better on Vita. Thankfully Banner Saga is still coming to Vita and Volume was just released. My brothers and I have started to brew beer, and we are about to start our third batch... the one that I am most excited for, a Heady Topper clone. CANNOT WAIT!!!

I haven't had any inspiration to write over the past few months and it is kinda bumming me out.  

I have begun to embrace digital distribution.  It first started with the Vita and 3DS and came from a place of practicality.  I take my handhelds on vacations and trips all the time.  I hate the idea of losing any of my games because the cartridges are so dang small.  So I have been downloading more and more handheld games over the past few years.

Every once in a while I have a strong desire to sit down and try to write or blog.  I just wish that they came around more often.  It is rather depressing seeing that the last blog that I posted here was almost six weeks ago, back when I was finishing up Wild Arms.

I just find myself with little that I want to really say in regards to videogames.  It is either that, or the fact that it is summer and I get dragged out to New York, Upper Michigan, Chicago and wedding after wedding.  I guess I am just busy.
