Just a quick couple of things.

Here is the thing.  When I first started SM3DL I commented on how I did not know how I felt about the game.  I finished off Bowser this morning and still am not sure how I feel about the game.  

Well, I finished up Alundra and then jumped right into FF X.  I do want to play FF X, but I think that I need a palate cleanser between games of a similar style and length.

I am not quite done with Alundra.  I can see the end, it is just out of my reach.  I am on the final dungeon and while I have yet to finish it completely, I have come away with some thoughts.  I suppose that some of them have already been voiced in the BA podcast, but I have yet to listen to that so bear with me.

Life continues to be fairly hectic.  I am still making my way through Alundra in my free time.  I have been binge watching HIMYM while playing the game.  I am pissed at Ortiel again for updating Cookie Clicker's acheivement list.  

This may end up being a rehash of stuff that I mentioned yesterday.  The big difference is that I can actually think today.  Yesteday I had not consumed a lot of food throughout the day.  This meant that when I poured myself a beer it affected me a little bit more than I was expecting.  So, now that I have a clear head I wanted to write a bit.

I finished my first game since January.  I am so excited.  I put 6.5 hours into Strider and finally finished it.  I quite enjoyed it.  I always seem to enjoy those games that have those metroidvania influences...

I need to make this quick because I really don't want to type a novel on the iPad.  

I was a little more than negative in my last couple of posts.  I was starting to get sick and was unable to enjoy celebrating my youngest brother's 21st birthday.  I think that was partly to blame.  The nice thing is that there has been plenty to be positive about this week, especially when it comes to videogames.

You would think that I would have learned by now...  apparently I haven't.
