Being BaD...Because I'm the man.

I haven't seen that video. I was thinking of the Anthrax song from when they rapped (the clapping with one hand line is a reference to Caught in a Mosh by them), is that the one playing in the ad?

RETROspective: Educational Mario Games

I don't think it's bad to use Mario in edutainment, just in bad Edutainment. Too bad these concepts were executed poorly. I remember most of them.

Birthday With The Family: Gaming, Lego, And Some Music

I always expected to find Narnia when looking under my parents' couch back home. God speed to you in finding these LEGOs.

I associate smooth jazz with the Dentist's office waiting room and male DJs trying to be a bit too smooth with me at night, but when I listen to smooth jazz radio on Spotify, there's lots of excellent stuff. I should listen more often.

Looking it up, I don't think so, but I do like the music on the CD Warehouse website. When I looked up Warehouse music, I saw Wherehouse Music, and Wikipedia lists that as a defunct chain of stores owned by a company whose name I'm forgetting, but doesn't mention California having been a state location for them. Dunno what's up.

I don't know how I feel about the League of Angels ad.

I read on Cracked recently that because Kubrick really is that big of an asshole, McDowell in that scene really does have his eyes pried open and the eye drops are coming from an actual doctor who had to be there. McDowell also had his ribs cracked during the shoot in a scene where his chest is stomped on.

I don't know how I feel about the League of Angels ad.

Because of my older brother and his friends maybe, I was always under the impression Wolvie was most popular, though I think I identified more with Cyclops as a kid.

I don't know how I feel about the League of Angels ad.

Yeah, I'll have stopped thinking what exactly I wanted to say about a topic after a while, too. That, or I feel averse to writing unless "inspiration lightning" hits me. Inspiration lightning likes to hit when I need to sleep. Irritating.

Thanks, I meant it to be Laughing.

In fairness, I do feel that for my field I get a good education. Undergrad was more hands-on than other RTVF departments can be, because of small class sizes and more intimate settings, and I love the opportunities I'm given by my current graduate enrollment. But overhearing some of the conversations on this campus, and certain things professors have to explain on public college campuses when they shouldn't have to (I remember a girl from UT Austin saying there were kids in her classes who didn't know mean, median and mode, and some of these were top 10% high school grads! Surprised) let you know we can't  all be Ivy leaguers. Well, we can, ignorance isn't equivalent to inability, but it would seem some are more likely than others to succeed in certain  ways. SFASU is known for Education and Nursing, though, so I imagine those folks are fairly intelligent. It's all relative. Look at me, overanalyzing my own humor.

And I actually was on Fox (51 for me, it would be channel 4 back home in Dallas), but I was watching American Dad and Family Guy/reading my textbook before Larry king came on. How'd you guess?! lol

Yeah, the article was written for girls, and the unbolded parts are the ones I wrote based on the bolded Buzzfeed article quotes. Thanks.

They should really hire more convincing actors. Grandma had already gotten that jar mostly open before the cameras started rolling and I could tell.
