I don't really hate TV, I know there's good shows these days, but it's just such a commitment to watch shows now, and it takes too much time, etc.  I just can't focus on watching TV.  I like watching football and golf, and sometimes car shows with my dad, but I can't really follow TV shows.  

this is very true.  if i ever have any problems, I google the problem exactly as I have it.  odds are, someone has had the same problem.  

Psychonauts is an amazing game.  I really need to finish it.  

watching: nothing.  hate TV.  

playing:  Gonna play some Mass Effect 2 tonight I think, and maybe some Anachronox or something else.  Been working hard on music all day and I need a break to relax and escape.  

Reading:  Can't really read anymore, can't focus.  I wish I could.  

Eating:  Roast beef sandwich for lunch, spaghetti for dinner.  Yum.  

Gonna take this weekend easy, mostly.  now that my sister and nephews are gone, just relaxing.  I have a lot of music work to do so I will probably do that for ten hours a day, but maybe sunday I will take things easy.  looking forward to the Eagles game tonight even though its preseason.  

I agree.  sometimes, art needs to be tragic and sad.  But it can still be beautiful.  Von Trier's work is just ugly and hateful, and while I appreciate that is still art, it's not art that I am interested in.  The world is bad enough, we don't need people throwing shit in our faces.  Great art can reaffirm what's wonderful despite the terrors of the world.  

yeah i think I'm due for a checkup this fall.  Doctor isn't going to like that i'm still fat and unexercised.

Yeah, Lars Von Trier movies are very down on human beings.  I gave up on that director a long time ago.
