I think I have the majority of these games, but I have yet to finish them, or even play them at all. This generation has been the generation of collecting for me. Change is coming... I hope.
Farewell to the Wii: Unsung Wii Games
Come see all the games you probably missed, but should've played (shame on you).
We all know about Capcom’s domination of the fighting game market this generation, but with the likes of Street Fighter IV, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and Street Fighter X Tekken, it’s easy to forget about their Wii-exclusive crossover fighter, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.
Despite the spaceman get-up of every Tatsunoko character out there, the simplified inputs make for a fighter that’s easy to learn but extremely tough to master. Characters like Amaterasu and Frank West made their debut with their title and the game itself does well in paying homage to properties from both companies.
Fighting game fans have no excuse to pick up a copy of this game and a fight stick on discount to enjoy this exclusive title. With Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition already planned to release on the Wii, there’s no question you’ll be able to put that hardware to use again in the future.
