I think I have the majority of these games, but I have yet to finish them, or even play them at all. This generation has been the generation of collecting for me. Change is coming... I hope.
Farewell to the Wii: Unsung Wii Games
Come see all the games you probably missed, but should've played (shame on you).
As always, Mario gets all of the respect, while Wario gets none. Since the release of the first WarioWare, gamers don’t expect to do anything with the smelly villain but play rapid-fire back-to-back mini-games. However, his exploits in Wario Land: Shake It! should not be missed.
Offering a form of achievements, Shake It broke new ground for the Wii, despite not have the system-wide functionality found on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. In its base form, it’s merely enjoyable to progress through the well-crafted levels of Shake It, but when you factor in completing all of the various objectives to fulfill the achievement goals, the experience becomes something truly special and challenging.
With many hours of gameplay and a wide variety of puzzles and platforming challenges to complete, Wario Land: Shake It! deserves your attention. More importantly, without it we would’ve never gotten this:
