I think I have the majority of these games, but I have yet to finish them, or even play them at all. This generation has been the generation of collecting for me. Change is coming... I hope.
Farewell to the Wii: Unsung Wii Games
Come see all the games you probably missed, but should've played (shame on you).
If you’re a fan of Katamari Damacy, you’re likely to find a friend in de Blob. It’s got that same lighthearted, easy-going vibe that makes Katamari so enjoyable. Despite not having the absolutely quirkiness, painting the world hooks you in the same way.
See, in the dystopian Chrome City, the INKT Corporation has sucked the color from everything and everyone. Thankfully Blob and crew have showed up on the scene to paint the town red (amongst other colors). With some light combat and heavy platforming, de Blob is a unique experience unlike much of what’s become available elsewhere.
Though de Blob 2 made its way to other platforms than the Wii, the waggle-based controls have always suited the experience, giving that extra bit of oomph to make it all tangible. Packed with stylistic visuals and a great soundtrack that changes with your color, the de Blob series is one that you can’t miss as a Wii owner.
