I think I have the majority of these games, but I have yet to finish them, or even play them at all. This generation has been the generation of collecting for me. Change is coming... I hope.
Farewell to the Wii: Unsung Wii Games
Come see all the games you probably missed, but should've played (shame on you).
I’m not sure we can attribute the renaissance of the adventure game to Zack & Wiki, but it certainly seems to coincide roughly with the release of this Capcom classic. Instead of the typical open-ended adventure, Zack and Wiki breaks up the experience into a set of discrete levels, each of which pose their own puzzling conundrum.
Using the items available in the environment as well as the enemies on screen, players need to apply the right actions to the right elements in the right order (or at the right time) to solve the puzzle of the level. Like any good puzzle game, Zack and Wiki progresses well, slowly becoming more challenging until it reaches its extremely tough conclusion that might just have you reaching for a guide.
Even if you feel you’ve gotten your fill on the second life of the adventure genre, you simply can’t skip this cel-shaded masterpiece exclusive to the Wii.
